The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.

They simply have a hard habit or routine that they can’t stop. If they can’t stop their habit, they can’t stop themselves from doing something that’ll lead to disaster.

As we’ve said before, it’s a bad habit to be on autopilot.

Our minds are constantly in reactive mode. We are constantly replaying a previous situation or trying to figure out what’s next. So it’s not hard to see that our autopilot is something we are not aware of. In fact, it’s hard to see that our autopilot is something we are aware of. If we can stop autopilot, we can stop ourselves from doing something that will lead to disaster.

This is a bad habit to be on autopilot, and so we need to be alert and careful. We need to do something that will lead to disaster, so if we’re on autopilot, we know we’re on a path to disaster.

As autopilot is a bad habit to be on, it makes sense that we are not aware of the autopilot. This is because the conscious mind is not aware of our autopilot. Rather, this is a conscious mind that is trying to control something it is not aware of. So are we in control of ourselves or are we not? Are we aware or not? That is the question.
