I’m going to be honest and say that I don’t know much about garmin vivosmart 4 band. I’m not even sure what the device is. I actually don’t own a Garmin, but am a big fan of the Edge so I would expect that the Edge Plus or Vivoactive 3 would be enough to get me going. I’m not so sure about the Edge Plus. It’s a bit more expensive than the Edge, and is a bit pricier in general.

Garmin, of course, is one of the most well known fitness trackers out there. It’s also one of the few that has its own app. This app is actually very similar to the Garmin Connect app. What’s different about the Garmin Connect app is that it’s not a GPS tracking app, and it’s a much more intuitive app. Also, it has a pretty good interface.

My wife, who’s not really a fan of Garmin apps, is very excited about the new Edge Plus. It’s not a GPS tracker, so it’s not the GPS that can track you over time, but its a lot easier to use for running, biking, walking, swimming, etc.

Unlike Garmin Connect, its not GPS-enabled, and it doesn’t track you over time. But since it can track your distance, speed, direction, and course, it is a great tool to have when you are running, biking, walking, or swimming.

As a frequent runner, I have to say this is the best app in the market today to get those stats. Its so easy to use and just adds so many options to the app. Plus, you can also use it with your smart phone.
