If you really wanted to add app to the Apple Watch, there are a couple of apps out there that you can add. The most obvious would be HealthKit, which is basically a health application built into the Apple Watch that gives you access to your own health data. For example, if you want to have a record of your exercise, you can add the app to your Apple Watch, and then use it to look up how many calories you burned and how many steps you took.
